Policies and Procedures for Our Day Spa in Fayetteville, NC 

Appointments
To book an appointment, you must place a credit card on file and pay for half of services(s)—no exceptions.
This is due to a lot of No Call and No Shows, Last minute changing of appt times and tardiness to appts.
Please have this information ready when booking the appointment.


Cancellations
• Customers who cancel or reschedule the same day of their appointment will be charged FULL PRICE for their service(s).
 24 hour notice is required for any apppintment changes or rescheduling
• No call/no show will be charged full price for the service(s) that were booked


Late Arrivals and Tardiness
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled appointment time.
If you are late for ANY REASON, you will still be responsible for FULL payment of service(s) schedule.
You will also ONLY get the remaining of the time left.
We do have other appointments scheduled and can not let one person throw the entire scheduling off.
I do understand unexpected things happen, but please plan accordingly and be on time.

Vouchers/Gift Cards/Gift Certificates or Other Redeemed Discounts

If you book an appointment and cancel the same day or even reschedule the day of the appointment, this will void the voucher, gift certificate/card or redeemed discount. No exceptions.

This time is set aside for you, and oftentimes we cannot fill an appointment on such short notice. We do understand that unexpected things may arise, but please plan accordingly.

If you call the day before your appointment before we close up for the day, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment. This gives us enough time to fill your appointment. 

Late Arrivals
Please arrive roughly 5 minutes before the appointment time to fill out medical forms for your first visit. We kindly ask that you don’t arrive earlier than 5 minutes before the appointment because the doors will be locked; this is for safety and security reasons. 

The medical form must be filled out before any service(s) can begin.

A 60 minute massage consists of the following: 

• 5 minutes for paperwork/consultation/restroom; 50 minutes hands-on and 5 minutes to re-dress/restroom/post-consultation.
• If you are late, for any reason, this will cut into your session time. Oftentimes, appointments are scheduled back to back, so please arrive on time and plan accordingly.
